With decades of experience in our business and beyond, we have analyzed what works best and have created a flat, very efficient structure to keep cost down allowing the savings to be passed on to our clients.

Focusing on the multi-unit construction market HGH Trading & Consulting, Inc. has developed our own brand of high-quality products which include: FLOOR LVT, Acoustic & Wood. We are the manufacturer, do not involve distribution or sell thru a middleman, which allows us to offer a better product for an outstanding value and an opportunity to compete with the “Big Guys”.

We introduce our products to the entire project supply chain focusing on Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, General Contractors, Builders and Flooring Contractors in the Multifamily, Student Housing, Senior Living and Hospitality industries. We work from the top down starting with the Developer, so we are aware of their project Architect and Interior Designer. Once we are in the specification for a project, we will follow thru with the GC, Builder and finally the Flooring Subs so they are all aware of who we are and what we do. We do not sell direct to anyone but flooring sub-contractors.

Once our products are specified and ordered, we ship containers directly to the sub-contractor’s warehouse or jobsite, when possible. If additional storage is required, we engage with third party logistics firms who receive, store and ship product as needed. We are not limited geographically with our own brick and mortar warehouses, thus we can offer this “as needed, when needed, where needed” infrastructure at very low cost to you.

FLOOR LVT, Acoustic & Wood – Are HGH private label brands imported from our carefully selected factories in South Korea, South Africa, Cambodia, and Vietnam. HGH works closely with each manufacture to produce our own private brand of high quality LVT, acoustic installation system and engineered wood flooring.
